im getting this from one of my VMware vsphere 4 servers Vcenter
How can i fix it?

Description

This trap is sent when entity status changed.
vpxdTrapType host;
vpxdHostName ;
vpxdVMName ;
vpxdNewStatus Gray;
vpxdOldStatus Gray;
vpxdObjValue alarm.HealthStatusChangedAlarm - Event: Status change (719365).Summary: com.vmware.vim.sms status changed from green to yellow.Date: 4/12/2010 4:51:29 PM.User name: Health Service.Arguments:. componentId = com.vmware.vim.sms. componentName = com.vmware.vim.sms. newStatus = yellow. oldStatus = green.;


I have tried to import the MIB for it, but somewhere it failed. I used mib2opennms then copied the file to the same location as the others and edited the events.xml file and matched it with the others also, but it failed.
ps: i added <events></events> to the begining and ending of the file.

Bonjour,
Vous avez reçu un trap SNMP en provenance de VMware.
Vous n'avez pas besoin d'utiliser mib2opennms : les traps sont déjà décodés : uei.opennms.org/vendor/vmware/traps/vpxdTrap
Il faut simplement traiter ce trap en tant qu'utilisateur : vraisemblablement un statu qui a changé sur VMware !

so there is no way on finding more information about what status changed ? like machine name, or what exactly happened?

Normalement, ces infos sont présents dans la liste des variables qui sont reçus dans le trap SNMP.
Dans la partie "Description" de l'event, il semble que ces champs soient vide.
Dans la partie "Log Message", les champs NewStatus et OldStatus indiquent la valeur Gray ...
Avez-vous correctement configuré Vsphere pour l'envoi des traps SNMP ?
Si OpenNMS ne reçoit pas ses informations, il ne peut pas les afficher ...
